Aurum iRISE is the first commercial building within the 30 acres mixed-use development of Aurum Q Parć. Spread across 2,00,000 sq. ft. leasable area, the project was completed in 2017 and houses some of the renowned corporates like Axis Securities, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Kissht.
Aurum Q1 building is state of the art commercial building within the 30 acres mixed-use development of Aurum Q Parć. Spread across 6,50,000 sq. ft. leasable area, the project was completed in 2018 and houses some of the renowned corporates like Hexaware, FirstRand, Momentum Metropolitan and more. The Q1 lobby has several interesting public interactive pockets like a Buddha Garden, a waterbody, café and other informal seating areas along with usage of natural materials like wood, stone and metal combined with natural elements like Light and water strategically to give it a feel of “An Oasis in the Concrete Jungle”.
Aurum Q2 building is state of the art commercial building within the 30 acres mixed-use development of Aurum Q Parć. Spread across 8,50,000 sq. ft. leasable area, the project was completed in 2021 and houses some of the renowned corporates like Awfis, Axis Securities, Azentio, Mizuho, ICICI Bank, Shriram Transport Finance and more. The Q2 lobby has been driven by the notion of achieving a biophilic space. The lobby is a minimalistic volume of space reflecting a Zen Garden connected with an arched wooden bridge from the driveway allowing the person at the peak to view the garden flowing below the bridge. All efforts of using recycled materials from the building construction site have been made in executing this project.
